ISP Billing Software: Monthly Bills, Subscriber Dues and the Router That Walked
The monthly bill is the product
A subscriber buys a package: speed, validity and price. Every month the bill should appear on time, with the package name and the period, without the office rebuilding a spreadsheet. Recurring invoice templates turn that into a schedule rather than a monthly panic.
When a subscriber upgrades or pauses, the next bill should follow the change without rewriting old invoices. History must stay readable.
Dues need a clear clock
Internet billing is prepaid or postpaid depending on the market. Either way, the subscriber needs to know the due date, the amount and what happens after it passes. Aging by subscriber shows who is one week late and who has stopped paying altogether.
A partial payment should reduce the oldest bill first and leave the rest visible. A single running balance hides which month is unpaid.
Equipment is an asset
Routers, ONUs and cables are given or rented to subscribers. Each unit has a serial and a location. If the record is only a name in a notebook, a disconnected subscriber keeps the router and the loss appears months later. Serial tracking links the device to the subscriber and to the return.
Collection is part of the workflow
The person collecting cash needs a list, not a memory. A daily collection view, payment method split between cash and bKash, and a receipt for each payment make reconciliation possible at night. The office should not discover a missing collection at the end of the month.
Costs sit beside revenue
Bandwidth, poles, staff, fuel and equipment are monthly costs. They belong in the same system as the subscriber bills, or the owner cannot tell whether a package is profitable. Expense categories and per-month totals are enough; a full cost model is not required on day one.
What Zuviq Book covers
Recurring invoices per subscriber, package and period on the bill, partial payments, subscriber aging, serial-tracked equipment, cash and bKash collection records, expense tracking and printable or link-based bills.
The ISP flow is in the ISP and internet brochure. For the recurring document shape, read the service business guide.
Check one billing month
Pick a month and confirm three things: every active subscriber was billed, every payment is linked to a bill, and every router is still assigned to a subscriber or returned to stock.

Frequently asked questions
Can each subscriber be billed monthly automatically?
Use a recurring invoice per subscriber with the package and period, and review the next-date list each month.
Can I track routers given to subscribers?
Yes, with serial tracking. Each unit is linked to the subscriber until it is returned or written off.
Does it handle bKash and cash separately?
Payments carry a method, so the daily collection can be split between cash, bKash and bank for reconciliation.
