This is the walkthrough that ships with the product, written out. If you would rather read than watch, everything the video says is below — and the parts that matter most (what the trial includes, what it costs, and what happens after you submit) are answered first.

The short answer

Zuviq Book is business software for a small shop: quotations, sales orders, invoices, purchases, stock, a counter POS and full accounting in one system. You start with a 7-day free trial of the whole product — every module open, no card, no auto-charge. After the trial you pick the modules your business actually uses and pay only for those, from $5 to $20 a month. Every new account is reviewed before its database is created, usually within one working day, and nothing is charged until the plan starts.

What the free trial includes

  • Every module, from day one. Nothing is held back to force an upgrade.
  • Your own database — one per organization, not a shared table with other shops.
  • No card at sign-up, and no automatic charge when the 7 days end: the plan is confirmed with you first.
  • The counter keeps working offline, and syncs when the connection comes back.

What it costs after the trial

  • $5 to $20 a month. The monthly floor is $5 whatever you tick, and the ceiling is $20 however many modules and users you add.
  • Each module has its own price, between $0.25 and $1.00 a month — POS and Accounting are the top of that range, Expenses and Staff records the bottom.
  • A plan needs at least three modules. The owner login is included; every extra user is $0.50 a month.
  • Yearly billing is 11 months — the twelfth is free.
  • The AI assistant (it reads your own books and answers in plain language) is $3 a month and completely optional.
  • The price updates live in the sign-up wizard as you tick modules, before anything is created.

The 7-step sign-up, step by step

  1. Organization. Company name exactly as it should print on quotations and invoices, then email (required), phone (optional), website, country and address.
  2. Owner login. Your name, username and password. This account gets every page; staff accounts you create later only see the menus their role allows.
  3. Business type. Choose Products (goods on a shelf), Services, or Both — then pick the exact trade. That one choice configures the POS, the catalogue and the feature switches for you.
  4. Features. The switches your trade normally needs arrive already ticked — for an electronics shop that is stock tracking, point of sale, quotations, serial/IMEI and warranty. Turn anything on or off here; it can all be changed later in Business Setup.
  5. Menus. Every module with its exact price per month, pre-ticked for the trade, with the plan total updating live as you change it.
  6. Starter data. Units, item categories, a starter chart of accounts and a few example products — so you can raise a test invoice on day one instead of starting from an empty catalogue.
  7. Outlet and finish. Outlet code, name and type, then currency, tax and document numbering (quotation prefix, invoice prefix, validity). The summary box shows exactly what will be created: database name, owner login, business type, first outlet, first quotation and invoice number, menu modules, units, categories and example items.

What happens after you press Submit for review

Nothing is created instantly, and that is deliberate: Zuviq Book checks every new account before its database exists, usually within one working day. You are not charged during that wait, and the trial clock starts when the plan does. Once it is approved you sign in with the username and password you chose, and land on the dashboard with your catalogue, chart of accounts and example items already in place.

What Zuviq Book is

Running a business with notebooks, scattered spreadsheets and guesswork? Whether you run a shop, a service business, or both, you need to know three things: what you sold, what you bought, and how much profit you made. This is Zuviq Book, free business software with quotations, invoicing, purchases, stock, a built-in point of sale, and full accounting, all in one system. No card needed to try it.

What it costs

Every module is open from day one of your free trial. Nothing is held back to force an upgrade. After seven days, you simply choose the modules your business actually uses: invoicing, purchases, point of sale, accounting, and more. And you only pay for the ones you pick. Plans start around five dollars a month. Choose yearly and you get twelve months for the price of eleven. Want the AI assistant that reads your own books and answers questions in plain language? That is a small add-on, completely optional.

How it works: three chains, one set of books

On the selling side: add a customer, send a quotation as a link, convert it to an invoice in one click, then record the payment. On the buying side: add a supplier, raise a purchase order, turn it into a bill when the goods arrive, and pay in parts if you need to. Every single one of those steps writes its own accounting entry automatically. You never open a separate page to do the accounting. It is already done.

Everything included

Quotations you build from a saved item list, and send as a link your customer can accept from their phone. Invoices that convert from a quotation in one click, with paid, due and overdue worked out automatically from actual payments. Purchase orders and purchase bills, so nothing is ever typed twice. Full accounting: sales, purchases and profit for any period. A single card for every customer and supplier with their complete history. A daily follow-up list, so no quotation or payment quietly goes cold. Your own document designer, so what the customer sees on the web is exactly what prints as the PDF. And it keeps working with no internet: the counter keeps selling, and everything syncs the moment the connection is back.

Find your trade

Every business is different, so before you even sign up you can see how Zuviq Book fits yours. If you sell goods off a shelf there is General Retail, Electronics, Pharmacy, Grocery, Clothing, Restaurant and more. If you sell time and work with no stock to count, there is IT services, consultancy, education, travel and logistics. And if you sell both parts and labour — a computer shop, a repair workshop, a clinic — there is a setup for that too. Whichever one you pick, the right units, categories and features are already switched on.

Sign up, step by step

Step one: Organization. Type the company name exactly as it should appear on quotations and invoices. Email is required, phone is optional. Step two: Owner login — this is the account you sign in with, it has full access to everything, so choose a strong password; staff you add later only see the pages their role allows. Step three: Business type. Choose Products if you sell goods off a shelf, then pick the exact trade; that single choice configures the point of sale, the catalogue and the features. Step four: Features. What that trade normally needs is already ticked, and you can change any of it here or later in Business Setup. Step five: Menus. Every module is listed with its exact price per month and the plan total updates as you tick; nothing is charged during the trial. Step six: Starter data — units, categories, a starter chart of accounts and a few example products, so you can raise a test invoice on day one. Step seven: Outlet and finish. Confirm the outlet, currency and document numbering, check the summary of what will be created, then press Submit for review. Zuviq Book checks every new account before the database is created, usually within one working day, and nothing is charged until your plan actually starts.
